Government is the governing body of a nation. Government are necessary because it is an organized system of leadership that need in any society. Every society place limits on the people’s freedom to maintain peace and order. If we did not have government, our society would free at all. Anyone who have enough power could simply take away our property. So, we need a government to reduce human rights violations and to keep fundamental rights. In contrast, government is not necessary because government creates obstacles in various fields. Specially, in taxes and fees, political instability, manage economic conditions, redistribute income, abuse of resources, housing etcetera.

Although it’s true that government is not necessary. Because, the government is sometime oppressed the common man and also forced to pay one group of people. The government should not have total control over lives of its citizens. Governmental laws do not always have good results. For example, taxes should not be taken away from people’s salary because they work hard to earn their money and pay their bills. But some government leader is trying to change our tax policy to make it more beneficial to society. I believe taxes are not the best way there is a better way for governments to take money away from citizens. People are not happy, and anxious about it. However, government is necessary because, they provide us welfare to better our living conditions. Government have specific program to take care families, who have health problems. And government also provide financial aid to low income family. Therefore, the main reason why government is necessary to protect our nation from another country and protect our civil rights.

In this globalization era, government always play key roles. In USA we have the three branch of government Executive, Legislative, Judicial. Each branch has their own job. For example, the legislative branch makes laws, Judicial branch is the system of federal courts and judges. And executive branch is the president and this branch make law official. These three branches of government make peoples’ lives easy and help people to live hassle free in their society. A government is also vital for collecting taxes. The society benefits from several development projects like building of public schools, roads, bridge, and offering welfare assistances among the many essential services. In education government has always been positive by providing us free education, financial aid and student loan. Modern governments are created for economic growth and material prosperity. Most of the governments do this successfully. It is a function that proved by modern democracies. For example, In the United States, economic policy leaves most decisions to the private markets where individual choice, competition and exchange are presumed to lead to a growing economy.  So, the government is managing our economic conditions and giving us the basic needs, promotes harmony, equality. On the other hand, most of the time government imposes tariffs on imports. Which is detrimental to free trade and also for economics. Sometimes the government imposes sanction on some countries. For that reason, we cannot do import and export with those country. As a result, artificial crisis of various product is created in our society and prices rise. Which has a detrimental effect on our quality of life and society. So, consider all aspects we can say that government is not necessary. We don’t need it.

Another reason why government is so important is to defend against external enemies. Leadership is very important for government. A good government always leads by their leader. Leadership is critical for public governance. For example, including good planning, efficiency, transparency and accountability. In democratic government people select their leader by voting right. Then the leader work for the people. The major reason for government is create rules. And that rules president announced from executive branch. There are various things that we need that the private sector would not provide. Police and national defense fall under this category. So do things like education, roads in rural areas, and electricity to rural areas. Private companies would not provide these things to everyone because it would be hard to make people pay for them or it would not be profitable to provide them. So, we need all these things and therefore, we need governments. On the contrary, government is not really necessary because government creates so many social problems. Sometime government takes outs our freedom of speech, civil rights. Another problem with government is corruption. Corruption is directly involved with the government. The greed of power makes people corrupt. Because of the corruption our government is getting to leave behind. Sometimes governments will erode or discourage intermediary institutions such as families, voluntary organizations, and perhaps even friendship bonds. Considering the above and side effect, it can be said that government is not necessary.

In conclusion, government is necessary to defend against external enemies, manage economic conditions, redistribute income and resources, provide collective goods, prevent externalities. without it, a country would be chaotic. Also, government system protects us from outside attack, inside violation, individual liberties, ensures that all people have their basic needs, provide education etc. For these reasons, governments are necessary in this modern era. Although, government also create so many problems to us, corruption, forced to pay one group of people, manage economic conditions, slave, taxes, political instability, etcetera. If we do not have government, we will have no such problem like that. That’s why government is not necessary.
